Types of surrogacy

 There are several types of surrogacy:

Traditional surrogacy

In which the gestational woman will provide her genetic load. This practice is no longer carried out

Gestational surrogacy

In which the gestational surrogate does not contribute her genetic load. This is the most common

Altruistic surrogacy

The gestational surrogate does not receive any economic consideration, the intended parents have to pay the expenses derived from the pregnancy

STEP 2: Intended Parent's Requirements

For example, in Ukraine only heterosexual couples will be able to access the surrogacy process.
